Payment, Handling & Shipping Information

Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal.  Please note you do not need to open a PayPal account to pay for your order.
  • We accept all major credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, debit cards, as well as debit cards with the Visa® and MasterCard® logos.  
  • Once your payment is accepted, your order will be processed for shipping.

Handling & Procesing

  • In-stock items will process in 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.  Custom orders will be processed in 2 to 3 business days.  Should there be any delay, you will be promptly notified.
  • A standard $2.00 processing and handling fee will apply to all orders.

Shipping

  • Shipping charges are based on the delivery option you choose and the weight, size and dimensions of your items. You'll see the shipping cost during checkout.
  • In-stock items will ship in 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.  Custom orders will ship in 2 to 3 business days.  Should there be any delay, you will be promptly notified.
  • Delivery time after shipping will depend on the chosen shipping method, as established by the United States Postal Service for national and international shipping.
  • As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation order that will also contain any tracking information. Please contact Designer@VielkasJewelryBox.com with any questions regarding your order.
  • Please Note: If your order contains a custom or made-to-order item along with in-stock items, the order will not ship until all items are available. If you'd like to receive the in-stock items in your jewelry box sooner, please place your order for custom or made-to-order items separately.
  • Shipments will be sent via USPS. 
  • We deliver to the United States (including Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, Europe.
