Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please return within 15 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition, include all protective packaging and must and be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. If you no longer have the packing invoice, you may print a copy after logging into your account from our website.
  • Refunds will be made on the total prices of the items you are returning minus any discounts applied.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return or exchange merchandise.
  • If a return or exchange is the result of our mistake, please contact Designer@VielkasJewelryBox.com and we will issue a credit for standard return shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges instructions

  • Please fill out the Return Form completely and keep a copy for your records.
  • Securely package the new, unworn item(s) along with the completed Return Form. You may use the original box for the return shipment.
  • We recommend sending returns traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Vielka's Jewelry Box is not responsible for lost return shipments.

  • The return will be refunded to the original form of payment used for purchase. Allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for the account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on the credit card statement.
